ZhongDe Waste Technology AG announces cooperation agreement with Veolia

ZhongDe Waste Technology AG [Ticker ZEF] announced today that ZhongDe Group ("ZhongDe") has signed a cooperation agreement with Veolia Environmental Services China Limited. The cooperation covers bidding, management and operation of waste incineration projects with electricity generation with a focus on BOT.
Veolia Environnement is the world leader in environmental services with revenues of € 32.6 billion in 2007 and lists No.185 of the world`s top 500 companies. ZhongDe as a rapidly developing local player in the Chinese environmental protection industry is familiar with the local market needs and provides an own advanced and well adapted technology.
CEO Zefeng Chen comments: "This cooperation agreement with an internationally operating and renowned brand is a further milestone on our way to successfully implement our long-term strategy to extend the value chain to generate stable revenues and cash flows as well as to expand our business model to the larger incinerator segment. About ZhongDe Group
ZhongDe Group designs, manufactures and installs pyrolytic, grate and rotary kiln waste incinerators for the disposal of solid medical, municipal and industrial (including hazardous) waste.
