ZhongDe Waste Technology AG moves Offices from Hamburg to Frankfurt am Main

ZhongDe Group [Ticker ZEF] has relocated its corporate offices from Hamburg to Frankfurt, effective July 19. Its legal address for receipt of legal notices and official mail will remain the same (Hamburg) after the relocation.
The Company's rapidly expanding business relations in the international market requires a more accessible hub for its on-going investor relations, as well as a convenient venue for its negotiations with potential international cooperation partners. The move will facilitate, deepen and broaden governmental relations. It is contemplated that the impending move will also encourage mutual visits, technical exchanges and more in-depth project meetings.
Frankfurt am Main, located in central Germany, has one of the Country's best transportation infrastructures. It also affords multinational companies like ZhongDe an invaluable business advantage as a key international travel complex and business center. In addition, as the European financial center, Frankfurt am Main offers its corporate residents an important status in the economic world. Frankfurt is also one of Europe's focal points for diplomatic relations between China and Germany.
