Voting Rights

Release according to Article 26 para. 1 WpHG [German Securities Trading Act] - II

 

I.

Mr. Chen Zefeng Fuzhou, Fujian, China gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that his voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 52,33% (6,803,200 voting rights).

 

II.

9998 Holding Ltd., Apia, Samoa, China, gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that their voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 11.92% (1,550,000 voting rights).

 

III.

Hao Capital China Fund LP, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that their voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 11.92% (1,550,000 voting rights).

 

11,92% of the voting rights (1,550,000 voting rights) were attributable to them in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

 

The attributed voting rights were attributed by 9998 Holding Ltd., Apia, Samoa, China, the voting rights of which exceed directly 3%.

 

IV.

Dragonup Enterprises Ltd., Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that their voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 3.46% (450,000 voting rights).

 

V.

Kohei Watanabe, Fuzhou, China, gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that his voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 3.46% (450,000 voting rights).

 

3.46% of the voting rights (450,000 voting rights) were attributable to him in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

 

The attributed voting rights were attributed by Dragonup Enterprises Ltd., Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, the voting rights of which exceed directly 3%.

 

VI.

Linch Investments Ltd., Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that their voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 3.82% (496,800 voting rights).

 

VII.

Synergy Investment Group Ltd., Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that their voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 3.07% (400,000 voting rights).

 

VIII.

Li Lu, China, gave us notice pursuant to Section 21 Para 1a WpHG that her voting rights in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG as at July 5, 2007 (date of the first admission of the shares/Datum der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien) amounted to 3.07% (400,000 voting rights).

 

3.07% of the voting rights (400,000 voting rights) were attributable to her in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

 

The attributed voting rights were attributed by Synergy Investment Group Ltd., Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, the voting rights of which exceed directly 3%.
